Panoráma Košice The terraced houses

The terraced houses as part of the PANORAMA project represent a unique combination of living in a modern part of the city and a quiet environment with lots of greenery and nature within reach. The charming panoramic view of the city in the Košice Basin enhances the unique atmosphere of this new residential area. The project has such sought-after attributes as fast and trouble-free access to the city center and a peaceful environment of the surrounding nature with many opportunities for relaxation, including a bike path leading to Hungary.

The Panorama project had built 151 terraced houses in this part. These buildings offer several exemplary layout solutions and sizes that meet the demands of smaller, medium and large families and offer maximum comfort of living in the house. The plots are situated on the sunny side of the hill with the orientation of houses and gardens to the sun. A huge advantage is the immediate vicinity of the forest, which in addition to the bike path leading to Hungary also offers other opportunities for active recreation.
