The first two phases of the residential district Prúdy were built on the extension of Spartakovská Street, ten minutes on foot from the center of Trnava. A total of 464 apartments in six- to eight-story buildings above underground garages, above-standard high windows, loggias, and front gardens for ground-floor apartments, two courtyards with playgrounds, a community garden, and evening lighting. The phases also included new infrastructure for the entire area: a roundabout, a cycle path with access to the garages, and a reconstructed Koniarekova Street with a new intersection. Phase I is sold out with all apartments handed over to clients, Phase II received its use permit in the autumn of 2024 and is almost sold out.
